🛠️ First-Time Setup
1. Read Instructions: Review the full manual before use.
2. Sanitize Tanks & Lines:
o Freshwater tanks, freshwater lines, and gray tank should be sanitized before use.
o Use ¼ cup bleach per 15 gallons of tank volume.
o Let the bleach solution sit in tanks and lines for 24 hours.
o If you have a common black and grey discharge port, keep the cap on and crack open the grey valve to allow bleach water to enter and sanitize the common Y connection.
o Flush thoroughly with clean water.
This ensures a proper baseline for safe and effective use of the G2C.

⚙️ Setup & Positioning
• Place the unit within 2-feet of your RV’s grey water discharge port. Connect included 2-foot grey water hose (flexible orange line) to the RV’s grey water discharge port. Connect ¾” female GHT to grey water inlet on the G2C.
• Keep the sewer line tight and supported—avoid stretching or sagging, as this may cause air traps and prevent automatic operation.
• Ensure the discharge hose is not positioned lower than the G2C inlet, as this can also disrupt automatic operation.
• Connect included 5-foot clean water discharge hose to clean water outlet tap on the G2C. If your freshwater tank fill is located further than 5-feet, you may use an extension hose (not included), we recommend a potable type. There is no limit on how far the discharge hose can be run.
• Attach the provided universal freshwater fill tank adapter to the end of the clean water discharge hose. Place adapter firmly into freshwater tank inlet on your RV.

⚙️ Operating Instructions
Automatic Mode (recommended)
1. Connect the gray water line to the G2C.
2. Connect the 5-foot freshwater line to your freshwater tank fill.
3. Switch the unit Automatic (switch positioned UP).
o Normal start-up may take up to 5 minutes while gravity feed flows through the filter and makes contact with the water sensors.
o If impatient, temporarily switch to Manual Mode, wait a few minutes, then return to Automatic Mode once water flow is established.
During automatic operation:
• The unit may pause periodically to monitor water levels and refill the first-stage filter. This is normal.
• If water remains in the system, the pump will cycle back on.
• If you find your gray tank is not draining by gravity into the G2C you can switch to manual mode. Wait several minutes until water flow is established and then switch back to automatic mode. The unit will run until gray tank is empty.
Manual Mode
• Use Manual Mode if: Gravity is not feeding the system properly or you are pulling water from a lake, stream, or pond.
• In Manual, the pump runs continuously until you switch it off.
🧪 Chlorinator (Optional)
• Install the chlorinator in between the G2C clean water outlet and freshwater discharge hose.
• Mount the chlorinator globe facing down for a lower chlorine injection and facing up if a higher level of chlorine injection is desired.
• The G2C chlorinator accepts standard 1-inch chlorine tablets (not included, available at pool supply outlets or online). Place one standard tablet into clear head.
• Do not store chlorine tablets inside the G2C case at any time as they are caustic and will cause damage.
• Remove tablets from the chlorinator when the unit is not in use to prevent damage.
• Monitor for chlorine buildup in the freshwater tank—if levels become too high (strong smell or test reading), remove the tablet until levels normalize.

🔋 Battery & Power
• In Automatic Mode, the voltage indicator light is illuminated.
• For the most accurate reading, check battery level when the pump is not running.
• Avoid letting the battery fall into the red zone.
• Recharge options:
o Use the provided 120V charger.
o Place the unit in direct sunlight to recharge via solar panel.
Solar Performance
• Under typical North American summer conditions, the G2C can process:
o 30–300 gallons per day (results may vary with sunlight).
🔧 Filter Maintenance
Replacement Guidelines
• If you notice reduced or no flow through the unit, remove and rinse the first-stage pleated filter.
• Replace filters every 20 hours of operation or every 6 months (whichever comes first).
• Replace filters sooner if water quality decreases (odor, discoloration, or reduced clarity).
• Poor water quality (heavier contamination in grey water) will shorten filter life.
🧼📦 Cleaning & Storage
• Disconnect all hoses and remove the case lid.
• Unplug the wire harness and battery/solar connector from the control box.
• Remove the filtering body from the case:
◦ Place one hand between the back of the case and the back of the filtering unit.
◦ Gently pry apart while lifting forward with the purple strap until the connection stubs release.
◦ Lift the unit out carefully and place it upside down on its control box 'feet'.
• For better leverage, position the unit between your legs, secure with your feet, and use the globe handle to unscrew the globe counterclockwise.
• Remove filters and rinse or replace as needed.
• Wash globes with mild soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow both globes and filters to air dry completely before reassembly.
• Before reinstalling globes, apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to both O-rings to hold them in place. Confirm that the top O-ring has not shifted or fallen out.
• Reattach the globe: hand-tighten, then use the globe handle to tighten an additional ¼ turn.
